Printing a sheet

Goal#

Output the sheet “Overview” with its two viewports at 1:1; the detail viewport should print its frame and scale.

Steps#

1. Switch to the sheet (tab in the status bar).
2. Right-click the detail viewport → “⚙ Viewport settings…”, tick “Print frame with scale” (3), then “OK”.
3. Ctrl + P. The note line confirms “Paper space: Overview — A3 Landscape — Sheet prints 1:1, scale per viewport” (1); paper and scale are greyed out.
4. Switch on “B/W” if needed and check the line widths.
5. “🖨 Print”, then choose “Margins: None” and 100 % in the browser.

Result#

The sheet reaches the paper exactly as it looks on screen — every viewport at its own scale, the detail viewport with its frame and scale text.
