DXF profiles

Purpose

Opens the DXF Profiles — layer & line type mapping dialog. An active profile translates foreign layer and line type names into LiberoDraft layers on import and writes the customer-specific DXF names on export.

Access

  • Ribbon and classic toolbar: file menu File → ⚙ DXF profiles… (3).
  • Command search : type DXF or profile, entry DXF profiles (category File).

Caution

As of v3.0.23 the dialog stays invisible in the ribbon layout although it is opened. Switch to the classic toolbar with F2 beforehand; there it appears.

Procedure

  1. Call the command. The dialog shows the profile list and the active profile.
  2. Choose a profile or create one with New, enter rules or learn them from the drawing or a DXF file — every entry is saved immediately.
  3. Close. The active profile now applies to every DXF import and export.
